Delivery  Policy

Order processing begins when we receive a confirmed order and proof of payment.

Orders placed before 10h00 (Excl Sundays and public holidays) in the morning, your beautifully crafted floral choice will be delivered on the same day.

Orders placed after 10h00, will be delivered the following working day.

We will make every effort to ensure prompt delivery.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order we will gladly replace it or give you a full refund.

If you are not happy about something please tell us. If you are pleased, tell everyone you know.

Product will be as close to images as possible, bearing in mind that flowers are seasonal and subject to availability.

We will inform you if a product is not available or out of season so that we can offer an alternative substitute.

Delivery Areas

To ensure prompt delivery and product guarantee, we have decided to focus our online delivery service to the Greater Johannesburg area for now. We plan to extend our delivery areas in the near future.

3. The West Rand


National Delivery

If you however require a delivery in any other part of South Africa we will be more than happy to put you in touch with a suitable supplier.

This is however only a referral and their policy and pricing might differ from that of Rams Flowers.
